As Regional CEO for Medics First and AMT East, Greg is responsible for daily ambulance operations, community engagement, and market development for these two AMT subsidiary companies operating in eastern and central Illinois. Greg’s previous role with AMT was Vice-President of Strategy. A native of western Illinois, Greg has more than 39 years of community health system leadership experience. Prior to his retirement from public service in 2015, Greg was the Public Health Administrator for the Peoria City/County Health Department. During his tenure with Peoria County, Mr Chance also served as Interim County Administrator in 2011.
Greg holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Health from Illinois State University and a MPH from the University of Illinois, School of Public Health
